Description

Post meiotic formation of a tetrad. Each of the four cells produced by meiosis are now separated from each other by cell walls. Each of the four nuclei contain the haploid number of chromosomes.Once the proper development point is reached these haploid microsopes will be released from the tetrad and develop into pollen grains.
