Description

Single tilt image (zero degree tilt) of a mitochondrion from a retinal rod photoreceptor of a female mouse (C57BL/6) from a 0.3 um section. Technical Details

Single tilt tomograms were obtained using a JEOL4000EX, and spanned -60 to 60° at 2° intervals. Magnification, 40,000X, accelerating voltage, 400.0 KeV.
