Description

The distribution of the mitochondrial inner membrane protein mitofilin, visualized here with antibody to mitofilin , highlights the very long tubular morphology of mitochondria in mouse 3T3 fibroblasts in G0. Cells were serum-starved for 48 hours before fixation in methanol and immuno-labeling with the polyclonal mitofilin antibody of Jiping Zha.
