Description

Time series stack of LLCPK cells stably expressing GFP-EB1, a microtubule tip binding protein. GFP-EB1 fluorescence is seen in microtubules and centrosomes which appear to act as microtubule nucleation sites. A movie prepared from the stack is included in this group of images.
