Description

Transmission EM of cotyledon of the double knockout oep16.1/16.4 of Arabidopsis thaliana grown in the dark and grown under a normal day/night light regime. Characteristic wildtype thylakoids are seen. Other images in this group show wildtype and knockout plastids under different light regimes.
