Transmission EM of cotyledons of the double knockout oep16.1/16.4 of Arabidopsis thaliana grown in the dark and then exposed to light for 16 hr. The development of characteristic wildtype thylakoids is seen. Other images in this group show wildtype and knockout plastids under different light regimes.
